When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional) and message you provide.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share so we can reply.
Your language preference is stored locally in your browser to remember your choice; it is not sent to us.
How we use your data
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, arrange site visits and deliver the security services you request.
We do not use your details for automated marketing and we never sell your data.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent when you contact us, and of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and where relevant to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Sharing your data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. It may be handled on our behalf by trusted service providers who help us receive and deliver messages and operate our website, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
We may disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as necessary to respond to you, fulfil our services and meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
